One of the most enjoyable equine related activities is trail riding. Trail rides give our girls a chance to learn how to control a horse at different paces over varying terrain. Prior to riding the trails, each rider is instructed on road safety and proper handling of the horse. Riders who have achieved sufficient control of their mounts will be able to explore the surrounding countryside on regular trail rides where they may spot a deer, turkey, and other wildlife. Whether a relaxed amble down a quiet country road or a brisk canter across a field, riders enjoy wooded trails, streams, and ponds.
