Our "Leadership Training Group" Program is relevant to teenage girls who are interested in developing and strengthening leadership skills, acting as role models, and gaining valuable work experience. Girls completing 10th, 11th and 12th grades are invited to participate in our three year program designed to:

• Provide learning techniques to increase competencies with different age groups
• Offer programs that develop leadership, life and occupational skills
• Help participants realize their importance as role models in the community
• Teach skills and attitudes to establish a positive and cooperative work ethic
• Secure credentials to enhance college applications
• Train participants to qualify and apply for counselor positions

Girls accepting invitations into the LTG Program are expected to actively participate in the program and are accountable for their responsibilities. Performance and attitude will determine progression to the next year's program.

Certification will be given yearly to each participant and the curricula will be available for inclusion with high school transcripts that are submitted to colleges.
